Terms and Conditions
Please note that all our products are sent in sealed shrink wrapped packaging and refunds will only be given if the goods are returned with the packaging in tact. Any breakages will be refunded if the packaging is in tact no refunds will be given if the packaging has been removed, tampered with or is absent from the purchase/s. All returns that are sent back must be at the purchasers expense unless by prior agreement. Postage will only be reimbursed where replacement goods/products are sent out.
Where Essential oils and Massage oils are especially made to a clients personal request these are nor eligible for returns or a refund be returned to us unless there is a fault with the goods themselves and not if the order is mixed and scent or mixed strength is not to the purchasers liking.
All massage oils are mixed to a 3% strength unless the mix is mixed for medicinal purposes and this is only after a full person to person consultation has taken place with our aromatherapist.
The strength and contents of each Face, Foot and Body Creams are clearly stated on the packaging of each jar or tube.
